Super Duper Anytime Pancakes

The Super Duper Rice give us a great source of varied grain nutrition. We decided that grinding them into flour might make them more easily digested. Buying the flour already milled and then mixing them turned out to be a better way to go, we were able to find all these flours at Bob's Red Mill, with the exception of Quinoa, Lentil, and Mung bean which we mill ourselves in a coffee mill.

Amaranth
Barley
Brown Rice
Buckwheat
Corn
Dark Rye
Flaxseed
Garbanzo
Green Pea
Kamut
Lentil
Millet
Mung beans
Oats
Quinoa
Rye
Soy
Spelt

Wheat

We have been eating them for most of our meals as our daily bread for about six months now. We have found added energy, and have been losing our old fat.*

We have been finding new ways to eat these. Usually we just keep them on a strainer and eat them as a finger food, They also travel well so we put them in our backpacks when we go on outings.

We will be posting other serving suggestions later, but eating them plain is a good basic way to have them available all day. Make a big batch in the morning and you are set for grains all day long!

*We also eat a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, Drink a lot of water, and exercise to distribute the nutrients to all parts of our bodies and to convert the fat to energy.
